About a week before my gym closed down due to the quarantine, I chose this same mat by chance from the rack and loved it. Ordered one of my own to do my trainer's Zoom workouts during the time at home and I love it. I can tell already, it is my go-to mat of choice. Lightweight, not too squishy, and very grippy. Great for general working out and yoga!
