Contiguous USA Shipping
Regular Item Shipping
Shipping is generally by standard ground service (UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service), which can deliver to most contiguous USA locations between 2-7 business days, once your order ships.
Ground shipping* charges for contiguous USA orders totaling $75.00 or less is $9.95. Ground shipping charges for contiguous USA order totaling over $75.00 is 15% of your order total (Example: If the order total is $105.65, then the shipping charge is $15.85).
* Because of the weight and list price, some items have a more accurate set shipping rate and do not use the percentage calculation. These shipping rates were implemented on our website to help save you money.
Expedited Shipping: Certain items may be shipped by a faster method. Shipping charges increase for the air services listed below. Air rates are based on actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater, as determined by the carrier. Additional charges may apply for oversized air freight. If so, we will contact you with 24 hours for final approval before releasing the order.
• Overnight Air Service for orders placed before 2:00 p.m EST, flat rate of $55.00 for orders of $75.00 or less: and 55% of your order total for orders over $75.00.
• 2nd Day Air Service for orders placed before 2:00 p.m EST, flat rate of $30.00 for orders of $75.00 or less: and 40% of your order total for orders over $75.00.
• 3rd Day Air Service for orders placed before 2:00 p.m EST, flat rate of $20.00 for orders of $75.00 or less: and 25% or your order total for orders over $75.00.
Freight Shipping occurs when the total weight of your order exceeds 200 lbs and/or an item in your shopping cart cannot be shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground. Freight shipping charges for contiguous USA orders is 15% of your order total. FREIGHT SHIPMENTS CAN NOT GO BY AIR!

Also, shipping and transit time is calculated with business days only – no weekends or holidays. Delivery times are for Contiguous USA only.
Large-ticket / Oversized Item Shipping
The following information appears on a few of our large, oversized items:
"Shipping for oversized and large ticket items will be calculated by Perform Better after you submit your order. You will be contacted within one business day with your shipping costs."
These items, due to their size, weight and dimensions may not be shipped by standard ground service. (These are the shipping companies rules). The shipping charges for these items must be calculated for each order, and Perform Better will search for the safest, most dependable and least expensive method to get these items to your destination. If you do order one of these items, we will contact you within one business day and let you know what the shipping cost will be. You may then approve or disapprove the shipping charges.
Holidays and Weekends
Please remember that our warehouse is open Monday-Friday and most shipping companies do not deliver or pick-up on holidays and weekends. These days would not count as BUSINESS DAYS for delivery calculations. For time sensitive orders, please contact us at 888-556-7464 and we will work with you to get your order delivered in a timely fashion.
Non-Contiguous USA Shipping
Ground service is NOT available to AK, HI, PR or APOs. These are the shipping companies rules.
Depending on the specifics of your order, we will ship to AK, HI and PR using either the postal service or, in some cases, an appropriate freight company.
APOs can only receive orders via the U.S. Postal Service. In some cases shipping charges may be different than what you see as the defaulted pre-set shipping charge showing with your order. If this is the case, we will contact you within one business day and let you know what the shipping cost will be. You may then approve or disapprove the shipping charges.
