Day in and day out, every coach and therapist is looking for way to be better in how they help other people. It’s always a great place to start with global perspectives that govern how we adapt, how we change, how we improve. In this talk, Charlie will focus primarily on the soft tissues of the body - muscle, tendons, ligaments, nerves, vessels, and fascia. The 3 factors that are shared across all of these tissues are 1) Direction of Force, 2) Pressurization, and 3) Hydraulics. We will discuss these factors of physics in very practicals terms and demonstrations leading to how they enhance all of the adaptations these tissues are involved in.
