Yellow and Red Have Broken

I LOVE Superbands, but the color variety, specifically red and yellow, have reliably broken. I have much older black ones that have stood the test of stress and time. Don't know if they are of inferior quality or if the dye has something to do with it.

A trainer introduced me to using these bands for assisted chin-ups and they have helped tremendously to build my upper body. They are a great addition to workouts. Any client could benefit from these.
Great product, maybe too much resistance ?

I have the 1.75" Black band, which I used primarily for hip flexion & they work as advertised. Maybe harder ( more resistance), than I would have thought. Simple tie knot ( loop through), around my rack, then leg through to upper thigh, knelling . I have pretty strong legs, weigh about 200, and may have enjoyed a drop lighter resistance. Great product. Tried to use around a pull up bar, and was IMPOSSIBLE . I mean for a pull up ! With an effective length of just under 20", I found it un-usable for this purpose. Could not get foot into band, even standing on a chair. Would need something longer, or able to stretch down at least another 2', if possible, and still give at least 25% boast, of for me, about 50 lbs of boast. I did use them yesterday, for the first time to stretch out shoulders and chest, and the width, and the resistance worked out great. People that are smaller than me, might go down 2 notches though. Company thoughts ? Company advice ?

Versatile

I have bought a number of bands and love them. You can duplicate any kind of exercise. Just use your imagination. They take up no space and can be taken anywhere.

The yellow band I purchased is great! Along with a useful sheet of example exercises that comes with this order, there is also currently a rich amount of Instagram fitness folks that are showing the wide versatility of these bands for any kind of workout.

Strong and resilient

I have tried other band and these are the best far beyond those you can get anywhere else. During COVID 19 the whole family has used these bands and they hold up even after tons of use. I also have the ankle bands and they too are fantastic I have never had a band snap or break.
Love the width and thickness

I ordered the green as others I have ordered from other vendors did not provide enough resistance but not the case here. Great quality, and you can trust the guide. I will be able to use this for squats but I am actually going to have to order another with less resistance to do other things. I love the width and thickness and overall quality of these bands.
True user Experience

Have the black large band, 1 3/4" and I am 200 lbs. very strong. It’s borderline too stiff, but happy with purchase. No sign of wear, 1 yr. For stretching hips, shoulder chest. Would have been fine with 1.5” size. In March, I bought a black 1" for pull up assist. The band really gives you a spring up. (Tried to do this with 1.75"...ABSOLUTELY 100% IMPOSSIBLE no matter what anyone says. You need to pull with one hand the strap far enough down, to step in or on. 1" : The strap always retains form, shows no sign of deformity, but it is like it has memory retention in the short term. When you are tired, or just don't 'have it', the strap is a fantastic assist but make no mistake, you are still doing most of the work, depending on strap size. Ideally I would prefer 2 straps, maybe 1.5" to start, then 1", but the 1.5" would have to be longer. Even the 1" is quite hard to pull down with one hand and step into loop. Unless you are very flexible! Recommended !

This is a super FANTASTIC company. Bedsides their excellent products, the customer service is superb!! I recently ordered bands to help in my recovery from a knee replacement surgery. Guess I was still not with it and ordered all colors in the wrong size. Way too big! Called the company and they sent out the correct size bands with NO CHARGES. Now that is superb customer service. Thank-you, Perform Better!!
