Mini-Bands have a durable design – the bands will stretch up to 2.5 times their length.
Mini Exercise Bands are 9" L x 2" W. Use them for lateral steps, leg extensions and shoulder stabilization exercises. If you're looking for a band for tall athletes, or to use specifically above the knee, see our XL Mini Bands.

- Effective for both upper and lower body training.

I've used these for years and find them useful as part of warm-up. I'm surprised that PB doesn't post 100 uses on their website or include an information sheet directing buyers to articles and videos illustrating their use.

The bands have become a staple in my training. As a fitness professional for over 15 yrs, I use these bands for all ages and fitness levels. I purchased a few packs of different resistances. I use them for warming up my classes as well as helping my older clientele with stability and strengthening of legs,glutes and core. A simple yet effective tool!
Great for lateral training

I have purchased an assortment of green, blue,and black bands to use with my basketball players. They're great for teaching defensive slides and improving hip mobility. I have had a few pop on me, but at such a low price, I usually buy more.
Movement Prep Must Have

The mini bands is a great tool to use for you movement prep routine. My clients love, as they like to say, that "BURN" when they complete their Gluteus activation exercises. Clients have seen a noticeable improvement in posterior activation and size. Save a lot more buying the pack instead of individuals, you will need them.

We use these at our physical therapy clinic everyday for a variety of different treatment plans. From legs to shoulders there are a million different exercises you can use them for. They break every so often, but we also use them a lot.

Good quality bands. They have more resistance than similar bands with same coloring I have used in the past. The green “medium” resistance is comparable to heavy restance in other brands. Black and blue bands definitely are challenging! note: Especially with the higher resistance colors, clients with larger legs may find it difficult to use band around thighs as curcumference and resistance make them hard to expand much.

The quality of these bands have gone down over the years. The first time I use them they broke. I am pleased with customer service though. They were quick to replace the bands that broke. I love using these bands for my physical therapy clients. Just wish the quality was better!

These are great for dynamic warm ups, as well as mobility and strength work. I can use these with varsity and junior high kids during camps, and know that there going to get a good workout. The best thing is that I can carry enough to outfit 40+ kids in my pocket.
Best Bands Going

I tried a multitude of mini-bands for our program, and these are the best by far. Although our coaches monitor their use, these bands are definitely abused by our athletes. Yes, we do experience breakage, but these bands are far more robust than the other bands on the market.
PB mini bands have just the right amount of resistance that we are looking for in a resistance band. We primarily use the Blue bands, but also utilize extra heavy Black or double them up, mixing colored bands to achieve the results we are looking for.

I have bought these 3 times already because they are good quality and they last long. I used them almost every day for a period of 80 days (for an 80 day program), and although they did wear out some, they have never broken. I'm buying another set today to have with me when I travel.
Not very durable
These bands wear out and break regularly. They are not as duable as others I have bought, but are less expensive if bought on sale.

Love this multipack of band varieties! I can use the light ones for warm-up drills at the track, and the heavier ones for resistance exercises at the gym.

OK but they roll

We've used these mini bands for 9 years. They do the job but they do roll up on our clients causing a "tourniquet" & cutting off blood flow. We use booty bands quite a bit so I'm looking for a band that doesn't roll.
