Mini XL Bands are 12"L x 2"W and allow for extra versatility in your workout. Since these are 3" longer than our traditional Mini Band, they are great for exercises where the bands may be used above the knees and for use with taller athletes.

Bought XL mini bands along with the regular ankle mini's for my baseball team there young and I needed a way to make them turn on their lower half, all I can say is it's working and I'm very pleased with their progress

Perfect for leg work

The extra length make them perfect for leg workouts. Shorter bands get twisted up and can’t be unwound under pressure and are painful to use.
