Got Knee Pain? Then Do This

So why do you think there are so many people suffering from knee pain? Do you think its bad luck, poorly designed exercise programs or something completely different??? A big reason why so many people suffer from knee pain is a combination of poor flexibility, weakness in their legs, and improper posture in their legs, hips, and feet.

So the real question is how can we gain better flexibility and improve our strength and posture?? This is the million dollar question that I bet many of you are wondering what the answer is and I am going to tell you RIGHT NOW so pay close attention. If you want to prevent knee injuries from occurring then you have to perform the right exercises! Wondering what they are?? Check out some of my favorites!

Knee Squeeze

This a great exercise to strengthen the muscles around the knee.

These are two of my favorite exercises to prevent knee pain – by watching the video below you will learn exactly how to perform it. Of course there are many more exercises, but I wanted to keep it simple and only give YOU two exercises! Yep, it's just two! You can totally do that!! I believe in YOU!
