Good Posture and Dynamic Balance

Good posture and dynamic balance are directly linked to optimal physical and motor fitness, and hyperflexion is a major contributor to postural monotony associated with myriad ailments.  Grundy Center, Iowa Elementary School is integrating classroom ergonomics into one of its classrooms, and the physical education program includes gravity based training in three uncommon postures -- brachiation, inversion, and extension.
