Exercise + Roadmap = Feeling Alive

Let's break this down step by step... First, when you exercise regularly whether it is playing a sport, taking an exercise class, or doing something completely different it invigorates you. Individuals who exercise regularly receive many health benefits including:

• Improves your mood & mindset
• Boosts your energy
• Helps combat against adverse health conditions & diseases

Next when you exercise regularly and add a roadmap to your exercise routine you are more likely to stay accountable towards reaching your end goal. A solid roadmap takes someone from Point A —> Point B. ¬†As Brendon Burchard my mentor always says, "You always need a roadmap first before you can enter the woods". He is so right in that, how can you reach your goals or know where you are going if you don't have a roadmap. So I challenge YOU to create a roadmap towards achieving your goals! What steps are you going to take to get from Point A —> Point B? Who is going to keep you accountable to avoid losing focus? By having a roadmap you will be clear on what steps you need to take to achieve your goal.
