The VibePlate is one of the few vibration platforms that give off only vertical vibrations, which is preferred by medical professionals and fitness trainers. There is no wobble or side-to-side movement. VibePlate vibration plates are available in four sizes and the solid steel construction provides a weight capacity of up to 1800 lbs. The vibration frequency can be varied according to use or preference.
