    Valslide sliders

    These were everything I hoped for. I'm excited to keep using them with clients instead of paper/plastic plates that aren't made for sliding exercises.

    Great for doing Lateral and Core exercises. Make sure the floor you're using is smooth though otherwise the bottoms can develop deep scratches

    Better fit than the round ones!

    Used on carpet, they have worked better than the round ones as these slide better. Feet fit on these sliders much better also (toes/heels don't drag on floor). Clients are happier doing slider work when the equipment works better.
