    great stretch in little time

    "This "machine" is a specially designed metal cage with a special rubberized floor that is tilted and has an elevated foot rest. You will find the poses in the instruction book, which is attached and very easy to flip through and imitate. Stretch your entire body, muscle group by muscle group in very little time, because the poses are easy to mix and match.

    Follow the photos and breathe. Do the poses you like. It is very easy to stretch symmetrically also. Whether you like to play any sport, or simply enjoy to move your body as freely and easily as possible, this is an excellent way to recondition and maintain core balance and strength through a wide range of motion. The design is sturdy steel and will allow you to effectively and gently stretch muscle groups uniquely. You will look forward to stretching on the TRU STRETCH because the gentle stretching naturally makes you feel better. Try 10-15 minutes and you will see."
