Best Foam Roller you can buy!
by Steve Savage -
This is clearly the best foam roller you can buy!
The was it is shaped gives you a better release/squeeze of you muscles.
Especially the upper back and hamstrings! The students that I coach on the
cross country team, race from their classes to use these rollers!
Thank you Mike Boyle !!!

I bought both both the Rollga Pro and the Rollga ISO rollers. I've used flat foam rollers for over an year and the Rollga definitely takes it to a new level. Deeper tissue massage and a variety of applications. I use them in tandem an get a full back massage alternating them as I go. The Pro model is harder and digs in deeper than the ISO. Depending on your tolerance you might like the ISO but having choices is alway good!
A well thought out product!

The rollga roller give us the ability to further explore areas of release for the body. The middle indentation can also act as a yoga block when doing half kneeling exercises.
My favorite roller for over the last 4 years, its difficult to use traditional foam rollers found in the gym now!
