Better than any Roller I've ever used!

Love the Rollga Roller - its amazing!

I've been using foam rollers for over a year now and Rollga gets down deeper into tissue than flat rollers. I bough the Rollga ISO and Rollga Pro. The ISO is softer and doesn't dig in quite as deep, if you like a little pain and a more intense massage you may prefer the Pro model. I use them in tandem and reverse positions with upper and lower back and find it to be an excellent combination!
Better than a massage

Incredible roller. Best used on upper back and especially the neck. I feel that the neck muscles are some of the hardest to actually hit and this roller has great grooves to allow the head to just rest in position for those muscles and trigger areas to get hit just right.
Honestly a great position is laying with head in groove and trap/neck muscles pressed to roller. I recommend a few minutes and even some meditation while hitting these areas.
Felt much relief
