The RAD Roller provides great targeted relief for any sore area of the body. It is particularly useful for your soleus/gastronemius as I have found through personal use. The soleus is very hard to release, but the RAD Roller does an absolutely amazing job! It is great to find something that actually works, unlike a lot of other products out there!

The rad roller made my back problems worse. Every time I’ve used it i end up in more pain afterwards. It’s simply too much pressure on a small surface area. It does more harm than good.

The RAD ball if used correctly is the fastest and easiest way to relieve trigger points on the go before you start your day or before/after workouts. I am an experienced certified trainer and all my clients love the RAD ball and if the tension is too much at first start by taping 2 tennis balls together.
