    Fundamental tool for balance

    Balance is such an essential part of my program. This is a great tool to help enhance my clients abilities.

    I'm a professional trainer focused on rehab and I use this all the time, and my clients love it. It's great for clients who can't lunge yet and it's a lot of fun. My only complaint is it gets dirty kind of fast. It's also kind of expensive for what it is but everything is these days.
