Recommended - would buy again.

I purchased this bar for multipurpose functional training (CrossFit style). First, the knurling is slightly more aggressive than other big name companies, I find it my preference. Second, the whip on the bar is fantastic. Over fair loads and dynamic movements, it handles superb. On more static movements, the bar stays put as wanted. Third, the spin is done well considering it’s bushings. It does not spin like a dedicated Olympic bar (bearings), however, is more than I expected and I am pleased. Overall, I can recommend this bar once and more, it is a great multipurpose barbell.
