Our clients love this product. Its great because they can use it for muscle tightness and well as stretching. The small size makes it easy to carry to them gym or on trips.

There are many foam roller to choose from nowadays. This roller is durable and doesn’t cost that much. Gets the job done.

I got the 1foot one very useful. Firm enough to relax my muscles before going for my work out. Good product. I suggest it.

Good roller. well made

I started foam rolling using a cheap one from Walmart that was much smaller, 18” maybe. When I went to my trainer and used hers (3’ from perform better), I was amazed at the difference. Not only in how it felt but my mobility and stability changed significantly...plus the prices are very reasonable.

Not a great product. Purchased several for my gym, and many somehow broke straight in half within a few weeks. Not sure how exactly, but sad to see. The Red Circle also could be more adhesive.

Simple product; works as advertised. I think an sheet or pamphlet illustrating various exercises would be valuable/helpful.

Quality foam roller but the red stickers on either end keep falling off, revealing a circular pattern of glue that does not look great. Not sure if mine is defective or if they all come this way.

I’ve used these products for over a year now and it really helps with stretching out sore muscles. Great value for the price!

This is the second foam roller I have purchased. It’s a must have for me, with lower back issues. I use it to roll out my back muscles and tight IT band. It works wonders for me, love the quality of the product!

I never write reviews, but Perform Better went far beyond my expectations. I’ve been ordering a lot of equipment from them on the past few days. Love this 36" foam roller. This is a must have for anyone working out or sitting in an office chair 8 hours a day. I have used this at my gym for about a year and had to get one for home. I know it won't crush under weight or start chipping away from use. I use it long ways from my head to buttocks and it works my upper shoulders, scapulars, spine, deltoids, and triceps just from gently rolling side to side. Works great on quads, hamstrings, calves and feet. Excellent product for a great price.

I love my new foam roller. I bought it because my gym uses it.
I wish it would have come with pictures and instructions on how to get the best out of foam rolling.
