The Mini Band Elites are thicker than our traditional Mini Band, therefore they last twice as long! 
 
- Use them for lateral steps, leg extensions and shoulder stabilization exercises.
 - Tight fitting bands don't roll up like other looped bands can.
 - 1" wide bands are half the width of our traditional Mini Band, but are thicker for extra durability.
 - Great for lateral walks, monster walks and squats.
 - Use for both upper and lower body exercises; can be used anywhere - on the field, in the clinic or gym, or when traveling.
 - Each band measures 1" x 9".
