Set up Agility Bags in any configuration for effective and fun speed and agility drills. Choose from a set of three 6" high or 12" high Agility Bags.

    Great For Running Back Drills

    I use the smaller agility foam bag for my running backs. They are very light and very durable. I use them as low hurdles and bag work for cutting and change of direction drills. They save you the time of setting up cones and don't snap in half like plastic hurdles. All six fit in my car and wagon.
