    One size fits all

    I was a bit skeptical because of the overall length (4'10"), but these work great for everyone! My clients range from 5' to over 6'.

    Handy and tranportable resistance training

    I use these tubes for group fitness and personal training. They work great because they are very transportable. The different resistances are perfect for accommodating different fitness levels. I work with a lot of older adults and they are just the right piece of equipment for this population.

    This brand did an amazing job with their resistance bands! I love the quality and the resistance that it claims to have. Don’t waste your time or money shopping at amazon, Walmart, or other commercial stores like I did. I’m so thankful I came across this band at the gym and was able to write down the brand name attached to the tag label on the handle. I quickly placed my order the next day. I love it! I actually plan to make another purchase soon. It just would be nice to have discount codes available and lower shipping costs (regular ground shipping is like $8). But besides that, I highly recommend! 😬
