Fantastic Cardio and Lower Body Training

Great workout with athletes that need to strengthen the lower body from acl injuries and hip strength training. Great cardio also when using lower weights and going further distance.

We love the new sled, the post design is much better, the old one left the posts to break, now they are set down and much more sturdy.
