Details

All-Purpose Exercise Bands are extremely strong and durable and come in six resistances. They are made of two heavy-duty 4 foot bands that connect to a 10" nylon loop. 


  • Because each side of the tubing connects to a center nylon loop, each arm can push and pull independently of the other.
  • Train with a partner or connect the loop to any secure object, such as a door jam or our Hammer Head Anchor Gym.
  • Train in all planes of motion (Sagittal, Frontal, and Transverse).  
  • Resistance training is a great addition to any program; build muscle and tone while maintaining flexibility and balance. 
  • Handles are made of hard plastic.

    A bit too long

    The bands are a little too long for my one car garage space. Hard to pull without hitting a wall. My regular tube bands were actually working better for my clients. A little disappointed.

    WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

    Because these bands were present and used at most gyms and studios we trained client out of in NYC, we purchased a full set of these for our studio in 2014. Since then we’ve only had to replace the level 1 and 2 in 2019. They are of fantastic quality and allow for a multitude of exercises.

    Great portable tool - AND SAFE!!!!

    I bought one of these a few years ago on the advice of my trainer. I'm a bit afraid of these as I had one snap and almost take my eye out (another brand). Anyway, this has gotten a TON of use and one of the bands snapped the other morning - BUT IT WAS CONNECTED BY THE INNER SAFETY CORD - so no biggie, no danger, lived a good life. I was so impressed. Buying another one!
