    Tough workout

    Great, fun, hard workout activity during indoor workouts for my girls tennis team. As difficult as you want to make it.

    Love the ab wheel. Great workout with limited space. Great for all ages and fitness levels. My only problem was, it came in pieces and the soft handles wouldn’t work into the bar. It took cornstarch and grip gloves to finally work them on.
