Bullet Belt Features:
Waist belt attaches to breakaway strap that has Velcro on both sides. Coach/trainer holds the strap with one hand to apply resistance and uses his/her other hand to release runner.Use "POP" Method to improve explosive starts and jumps. Athlete's movement releases Velcro strap immediately.Use "RIP" Method to overload a phase during the run. Trainer restrains the athlete until he/she wants breakaway to occur, then pulls on release cable. Athlete rips the Velcro away within three steps.Includes carry bag.
