Airex Balance Pads improve joint stability through moderate instability. The unique closed-cell design allows you to slightly sink into the Airex Pad, creating instability. It feels like you are standing on a gel-filled pad. Stand on one or two legs and perform squats, lunges, and reaching touches.

  • The Airex Balance Pad measures 20"L x 16.4"W x2.5"H.

  • The Airex Balance Pad Elite has a non-slip texture to reduce sliding (20"L x 16.4"W x 2.5"H).

  • The Airex® Balance Pad XL has the same unique design as the Elite Airex® Pad but is longer in length to allow for more space for your exercises (38"L x 16.4"W x 2.5"H).

  • The Airex® Travel Pad has the same great material as the regular Airex® Balance Pads, but their smaller size makes them ideal for traveling and storage (16"L x 10"W x 2.5"H).

  • The Airex Balance Beam has a trapezoid design. Use Airex Foam Balance Beams with the wide side down for greater stability, and narrow side down for more instability.

The Airex Balance Beam is a great tool for working on static and/or dynamic balance, stabilization and proprioception. Because of its yielding foam, the balance beam constantly challenges you to maintain balance and to stabilize your joints:

    • Walk, step or lunge across the Airex Foam Balance Beam to improve proprioception and dynamic stability.
    • The balance beam has the same material and gel-like feel as the Airex Balance Pad. The soft, closed-cell foam is sanitized, does not absorb water, and is easy to wash.
    • Measures 64" long x 2 1/2" high. The width is 9 1/2" at bottom and 6 1/2" at the top.
    • 1 year guarantee.

    airex beam

I use the beam for physical therapy. The balance is a plus and adds challenge to the exercise. The beam is durable, easily stored and convenient.

Nice product, but wished it held up better

The airex pad is soft and serves the purpose of providing padding. Used primarily for protecting the knees during nordic hamstring curls, padding for box squats and half kneeling drills. It has not worn well and has a lot of cracks and splits. You will need to replace them often.

    Uneven Surface Par Excellence

Stand on one with one foot. Fold one in half and squeeze it between your knees for hip lifts. You'll feel it in delayed onset muscle soreness. I promise. There's no doubt that these Airex pads wear out, but they wear out more slowly than the knock-offs. They've improved over the years, but they still aren't as durable as bricks. The same softness that makes them bounce back after use creates vulnerability to cracking.

    No more Sciatica pain

I suffer from lower sciatica and this has been a life saver. I used to have so much pain sitting on my office chair that my pain would tingle down my right leg to my foot. I purchased this pad to sit on and day one I felt amazing! No lower pressure or pain!
