In today’s fast-paced world of sport and performance, many strength coaches and trainers find themselves chasing strength, speed, and output-without realizing that the foundation they’re building on may be faulty.  It’s time to rethink how we structure athletic development.

“Building an Athletic Structure for Exercise” is a game-changing 1-day seminar designed specifically for strength and conditioning professionals, sport coaches, trainers and performance specialists.  This workshop will introduce a powerful framework that integrates anatomy, clinical insight, and coaching strategies to help you identify, assess, and rebuild an athlete’s true foundation for movement.

Rather than using cookie-cutter exercises or one-size-fits-all programming, we’ll teach you how to think critically and coach creatively.  You’ll walk away with new tools to address dysfunction, enhance performance, and mitigate injury across all training disciplines and levels of athlete development.

If you’ve ever asked yourself:
•    Im making my programs more challenging… why isn’t my client progressing?
•    How can I create long term solutions rather than temporary fixes?
•    What should I be looking for when assessing movement-and how do I translate what I see into effective coaching cues?

This seminar will answer those questions - and more.
