Changing Movement: Why Some Correctives Work and Others Don’t

Changing movement isn’t about sets, reps or body parts. It’s about understanding why movement is broken in the first place as well as the stimulus that it needs to heal itself. Often, we make the paths to those changes more complex than they need to be, resulting in inefficient, ineffective programs that are nearly impossible to explain to clients. In this session, Gray will discuss the plasticity of the neurological system, its feedback and how we can use its desired sequence of actions to quickly change movement. Whether your focus is on health and wellness or performance development, this talk will help you identify the best ways to convert what you learn from screening into real results that will impress you and your client.

Best Semminar I ever attended

by -

I have been attending to the 3Day Summit Functional Training slice 2013 and every year I learn something new to make me a better Coach/PersonalTrainer. I owe it to Perform Better to be able to coach older, younger, even people with nagging pain to make them better healthier and stronger. Always communicating with their Dr. my clients sometimes need mobility work, rather than a workout. I am going this year too. I highly recommend this seminar. You will be happy with this education investment. It will set you apart from other Trainers and your Clients will benefit the most. After all we join this career to help and make others better. Don’t think about it and come to this seminar.

Knowledgeable professionals and participants make for a great weekend on the beach!
