Strength, conditioning, rehabilitation and nutritional education is the main focus of this event. The presenters focus on the critical developmental phases in training young athletes to seasoned veterans.

The presenters have placed an emphasis on the critical developmental phases of early training of youth from 6 to their early 20’s. The female athlete is a main component of discussion.
