The Sled Dawg II is a welded powder coated steel sled that carries up to 200 + lbs. A 10-ft strap connects to a Harness or Universal Shoulder Harness with a quick release option.

Features

Includes steal sled, harness and one 10' nylon cord.

Uses Olympic Weight plates.

Add your Olympic weight plates to achieve desired resistance.

Quick Release Harness option allows you to release the sled while sprinting for a quick burst of speed.

Benefits

Resistance running improves start and acceleration.

For resistance Sprinting use light loads. Use heavier weights for overload strength training.
