Fitness Facility Design Case Study - John Hall Studios

John Hall

Why Perform Better?

"I just wanted to write a letter thanking Perform Better for their professionalism in helping me to make my studio space come to life. I’ve been doing business with perform better for years, but not at the magnitude of designing a studio and configuring equipment to get the most performance out of my studio. Conrad Hibbert was very gracious and patient with me as I made many changes. Aaron Moser was also a great help in guiding me through this project. I would not do business with anyone else! The customer service is superior. Perform Better is a leader in the fitness arena.."

The challenge:
To design a facility that would reflects John’s unique philosophy and approach to health and fitness, 1 on 1 personal training, small group clients and weekend warriors into a 3100sq ft facility.

The Goal:
To create a facility that blended function and aesthetics. At any given time the studio will see a staff of five trainers and their clientele, although aesthetics were placed at a premium, the space still needed adequate room for this group to achieve their goals effectively. As you can see in the facility, shots John incorporated an  industrial stained concrete floor with First Place Plyometric flooring. He also opted to use state of the art Keiser equipment for training, all done in a black powder coat.
