In the fat loss population, one of the key advantages is to elevate metabolism and help clients get lean. The fastest way to do that is to work the lean mass of the body and try to build more of it. Once again, strength training is our go-to tool in this area. In order to get these results, weight racks, training ropes, kettlebells and dumbbells are absolute key pieces of equipment necessary for each program."
