Medicine Ball Training Video -
Overhead Slam Exercise
In this video, Mike Boyle shows the medicine ball overhead slam.
1. Stand with your knees slightly bent and hold a medicine ball overhead, with your arms extended.
2. Bend forward at the waist and use your core muscles to slam the ball against the floor about a foot in front of you. Let your arms follow through so you don't fall forward. Retrieve the ball and repeat.
