You may receive a partial shipment when some items
You may receive a partial shipment when some items
you’ve ordered are on backorder (out of stock at the
time of your order). We know you want your
equipment as soon as possible! If your order includes
both in-stock and backordered items, we will charge
you for the items that ship and the entire shipping
charge initially, and will send you an invoice in the
mail. When a backordered item(s) comes into
stock, we will charge you for the backorder and ship
to you the same day it arrives in our warehouse.
Again we will mail you a concise invoice with all the
details.
