The Next Best Step in Improving Performance is Knowing the Connection Between Movement, Lifestyle and Pain

Lee Burton and Gray Cook present a hands-on look at new frontiers in movement and lifestyle screening by presenting real-life scenarios in a test-correct-retest format. They will look at practical examples of screening lifestyle domains for areas of concern and movement patterns for pain and dysfunction.

The focus of this live talk will be on the interplay of lifestyle and movement in the cases of a fitness client, an athlete, and a rehab patient. Gray will review protective lifestyle changes and correct the identified movement patterns with exercises pulled from the new FMS Corrective Strategies Course.
