Description
The Art of Strength Essentials Poster, painstakingly designed to capture all the nuances of the essential kettlebell routines is now available is now available! Designed by the AOS design department under the watchful supervision of Anthony Diluglio himself, each layout has been scrutinized and analyzed to ensure each frame captures exactly what is necessary to perform the routines safely and efficiently. Beneath each frame is a caption describing exactly what's going on at that phase of the routine. Used as reference in all our gyms, the Art of Strength Kettlebell Essentials Poster is an integral part of anyone’s kettlebell training, weather it be at home or at a gym.
