Description

market. Its unique design allows for athletes
of all sizes to perform activities
safely and comfortably.
Features
The innovative pad design offers
numerous activity positions in addition
to the traditional Glute-Ham exercises.
The curved upper pads form a unique
shelf to help in aligning the athlete into
the proper position. The gradual curve
provides a comfortable and supportive
platform.
360 degree rotating
support pads: by rotating the pads the athlete
has the option of utilizing the flat
padded platform, this is ideal for
abdominal activity and provides support
for band work.
On the underside of the Glute-Ham,
two welded hooks offer the option of
attaching bands, increasing the versatility
of this equipment.
The foot support
system operates on hidden rails
beneath the platform. This provides
the walk-through design eliminating
the common tripping hazard of a center
support bar.
The footrest, assisted
by a piston to aid in raising the pads,
can be adjusted horizontally by
depressing one foot pedal and vertically
by depressing the other foot pedal.

Bench Construction:
2" x 2: 7-gauge steel tubing welded one piece frame.
Front pads are made with 2" thick foam.
Front pads Have tow distinct areas. One flat and the other shaped to accommodate the knees and thighs with a gap for men.
Front pads rotate and can be fixed to 16 different positions.
Back roller support is adjustable in depth and height.
Depth adjustment is mounted on the ball bearing blocks and rail guides and locks in place by a pedal that engages a spring load.
Height adjustment is assisted by a gas spring for safety and convenience and also has pedal that engages a spring loaded pin for locking.
Also included is a knob that eliminates play on the rollers.
The footplate behind the back rollers can be adjusted to five angles depending on the exercise.
Depth and height adjustments are numbered for easy set.
Tread plates are 1/4" thick.
