Features
FRAME CONSTRUCTION - 3” x 3” carbon steel tubing with 7 gauge wall thickness. Frames are FULLY WELDED for maximum structural strength and no maintenance.
FRAME FINISH - Epoxy based high heat set powder coating is applied to all painted surfaces. All moving steel to steel components are protected with chrome or zinc plating.
WEIGHT MOVEMENT - KEVLAR® heavy duty straps are utilized for weight transport. The 1” wide belts are constructed of KEVLAR® fibers encapsulated in a neoprene and nylon coating. The belts will not stretch, eliminating periodic adjustments and giving the benefits of a smooth, quiet operation, highest durability and ease of service.The belts are made of 8 cords of KEVLAR® fibers taken to 70/1000 inch thickness encapsulated in a specially formulated polyurethane cover which is extremely abrasion resistant. Tensile strength testing is in excess of 5000 lbs.
UPHOLSTERY:Spirit II millennium from Naugahyde® Division of Uniroyal is the standard upholstery used on all equipment. It is highly abrasion resistant with excellent antimicrobial properties. Other features are its disinfectability, cleanability and low flammability rating. 80 colors are available. All upholstery is double stitched and not folded to avoid wear problems.
WARRANTY - Lifetime on all frame work construction and material including weight stacks. Three years on Kevlar® Weight Transfer Belts. One year on all other parts of the equipment, including upholstery.
