About Quik Scout inMotion Software:
You can video live action OR download existing video.
  • Once you have video, you can analyze & evaluate your athlete's form, compare the performance in a frame-by-frame sequence, and vary the speed of the playback.
  • You can also print out the frame-by-frame sequences or create a CD-Rom for your athlete to take and study.
  • The best camera to use for this is a Firewire Mini DV camera.
  • If you have a digital camera, you will have to convert your video footage in Windows Moviemaker, which is available for anyone whose computer has Windows XP or Windows Vista.
