Frame Construction: 11 gauge steel, frames are FULLY WELDED for maximum structural strength and no maintenance.
Frame Finish: Epoxy based high heat set powder coating is applied to all painted surfaces. All moving steel to steel components are protected with chrome or zinc plating.
UPHOLSTERY: Spirit II millennium from Naugahyde® Division of Uniroyal is the standard upholstery used on all equipment. It is highly abrasion resistant with excellent antimicrobial properties. Other features are its disinfectability, cleanability and low flammability rating. 80 colors are available. All upholstery is double stitched and not folded to avoid wear problems. Wear covers are utilized where proper to give additional life to heavy use areas. Under the upholstery fabric is closed cell neoprene
Foam: Foam of high density, low compression which reduces point loading, minimizes fatique and maximizes comfort. Under the foam is grade AA plywood 1 inch thick in most areas (3/4 inch in others) that assure heavy duty performance from the seats and pads
WARRANTY: Lifetime on all frame work construction, one year on all other parts of the equipment, including upholstery
