Each plate is clearly marked designating the appropriate weight. Elite competition bar is made from the highest-grade American steel with an exclusive hard satin chrome finish. Bar sleeves are machine-finished with needle bearings for reduced friction and fitted with an additional machined inner sleeve which provides protection and smooth rotation of the outer sleeve. Calibrated and weighted to be accurate within +0.1% and -0.05% with a straightness tolerance of +/- .020 "TIR". Includes 20kg elite competition bar, (15kg bar for women), 2 each of 25kg, 20kg, 15kg, 10kg rubber plates and 2 each of 5kg, 2.5kg and 1.25kg iron plates, pair of spin-lock collars and a pair of spring collars.
