Movements and progressions for both types of training are explained and demonstrated in an easy-to-understand manner. Covers definition and components of functional and integrated training, seeing the training-specific movements as individual exercises, varying the intensity level of movements, using the movements as super-sets to the existing program, and performing the movements as a full circuit.
