Description
The Glute Ham Bench is one of the most popular pieces of equipment available to effectively
train the hamstrings and gluteus muscles from different angles, enhancing the benefit of the
Glute Ham Bench.
Features
The bench include a stationary kneepad and large, comfortable roller pads for thigh
support.
The bench is fully adjustable to accommodate a variety of body sizes.
The Bench adjusts horizontally; and vertically where the ankle and foot rests, and where
the knee and thighs contact the bench.
FRAME CONSTRUCTION: York’s Strength Training Series features 11-gauge 2”x 3”and 3”x 3”
structural steel tubing, with rubber footpads. Frames are mig welded and carry a lifetime
guarantee on welds. All component parts are welded in jig fixtures insuring consistent
fabrication. All tubes and uprights are closed with welded end caps.
FRAME FINISH:
The finish is highly durable, scratch resistant, electrostatic powder coat paint. Finish is
baked in a temperature-controlled oven to completely cure and maximize the durability of the
finish. Certain pieces also include scratch guards to protect the paint and keep it looking
new. Strength Training Series equipment comes standard with white or Platinum Sparkle frame
and black upholstery. Paint color options are available from Duron in black for an
additional charge.
UPHOLSTERY: Eight standard colors of upholstery are available from the BoltaFlex
ColorGuard 2000 at no additional charge. Standard colors include: Tomato (363781), Blue Jay
(363735), Navy (363762), Slate (363771), Hunter Green (363551), New Burgundy (363546),
Purple Iris (363766), and Raintree (439167). You may also choose any other color upholstery
from Boltaflex ColorGuard 2000 Color Chart for an additional charge. The Boltaflex
upholstery offers outstanding stain and abrasion resistance. It will not prematurely age and
is oil resistant, stain resistant, mildew resistant, disinfectant stain resistant and
contains active bacterial resistance. The pads are made from a high-quality 2” high-density
foam padding and mounted on a ¾” plywood back.
