Special Note

The Rocker Board is great for basic balance training!
The 20" Rocker Board is made of extra-strong laminated birch that holds up to 500 lbs.
The top is covered with grip tape to prevent slipping.
The rocker board base tilts and rocks to challenge balance and proprioception of the patient or athlete.
