A fun and safe way to train for speed, quickness and acceleration.
Two runners are joined by 4' safety sleeve tubing (which stretches out to 12') connected to each runner's swivel belt. Front runner tows back runner and tubing propels back runner forward. Runners continue to reverse positions.
