Challenge:

Design a

 4,000 Square Foot State of the Art Training Facility with the athlete in mind to enhance Sports Performance.

The Goal:

To create a functional training area that would facilitate training programs designed to take the student athlete to the next level. Gold’s Gym trainers envisioned an area in which they could work on an athlete’s physiological and neuromuscular development to improve the individual tactics.  The end result being improved sport-specific conditioning, athleticism, and performance abilities.
