International Orders

Shipping:

Shipping charges for ALL international orders must be calculated for each individual order. M-F Athletic will search for the most economical AND dependable shipping method for the items you would like to order. The shipping costs are based on the weight, dimensions and number of packages you order. (We will pack as efficiently and economically as possible!).  Please note that orders shipping outside of the U.S. are subject to customs import duties and taxes, due at the time of delivery. These customs duties and taxes vary significantly by country. Each international customer is responsible for paying these customs duties and taxes. Please note that M-F Athletic does not estimate customs duties and taxes nor do we have any control over these charges. If you have questions about the customs duties and taxes for your country, please contact your appropriate government agency.  Be aware that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.  Please note that shipping times for international orders can vary from as quickly as 1 week to as long as 12 weeks depending on the shipping method used. When we finalize order details with you, all information will be provided to you.

Payment:

We can't verify your credit card billing information for international customers. For the safety of everyone who has a credit card, we provide a few ways for international customers to pay:

1. Credit Card: We need to get a copy of your most recent credit card statement and the front and back of the card you want to use faxed(401-942-7645) or emailed to M-F Athletic(performbetter@performbetter.com). Once we have this we can process your credit card order.
2. Bank Check: (made payable to M-F Athletic in US Dollars). You can go to your local bank and they will provide this service for you. Then mail your bank check to: M-F Athletic, PO Box 8090, Cranston, RI 02920, USA. Please include a reference note with your bank check.
3. Wire Transfer: You can have funds transferred from your bank account to our bank account for payment. There are bank charges associated with this payment method. We can email the bank details to you if you choose this payment method.
