All four foam roller variations can be used for balance training. The half round foam roller versions can be used flat side down as a starting point. Progress to the round foam rollers when you've mastered the half round rollers. Extremely versatile - they can be used for everything from simple balance drills to golf swing practice, to yoga and Pilates!
