Our versatile foam rollers are commonly used for balance training, self-myofascial release, self massage and stretching. Foam rollers are also used for golf swing practice, yoga and Pilates.
All four foam roller variations can be used for balance training. The half round foam roller versions can be used flat side down as a starting point. Progress to the round foam rollers when you've mastered the half round rollers. We also carry foam roller accessories including instructional videos (DVD samples) , roller covers, and carrying straps.
